Mailchimp Campaign Performance Overview



The MailChimp Performance Overview report includes an overview of email marketing list statistics, a 24-hour performance graph detailing the total number of clicks and opens, the top email links clicked and a world map detailing locations by opens.

MailChimp is an email marketing platform that provides online marketers with options for designing and sending email newsletters and marketing messages to people who have opted in to their company's mailing list.

The MailChimp email marketing performance report is located in Reports > Digital Marketing > Email Marketing.


Important! To view this report, you must authorize a connection to a MailChimp account.

Overview of Campaign & List Statistics

 

The Overview section of this report provides a summary of number of emails sent and opened for a campaign, along with open rate, number of clicks and click rate. List statistics include unsubscribes, abuse reports and bounces relating to the campaign.

Campaign 24-hour Performance Graph

 

Campaign performance for the 24 hour period following the time a message is sent to the email list is displayed on this graph. Hover over any point to view the number of Clicks and Opens per hour.

The Top Links Clicked section provides the URL and number of clicks for the most popular links in the email content.

Locations by Opens Map

 

The Locations by Open section provides a world map detailing the locations from which recipients opened the campaign email. Hover over any country to view the number of Opens.

Click the Apply Changes button.




Add to PDF Report


Conveniently add a report or graph with its current settings to a PDF report by hovering over the gold gear icon and selecting Add to PDF Reports

Select the PDF Report that you want the report or graph added to

Drag the new report or graph into the position you want it to display in the PDF and confirm that the Date settings do not conflict with the automated scheduling settings.

Add to Marketing Dashboard


Conveniently add a report or graph with its current settings to a marketing dashboard:

1. Hover over the gold gear icon and select Add to Marketing Dashboard
2. Select the Dashboard (campaign name)
3. Select the Dashboard Page that you want the report added to

4. Click the "Go to Dashboard" link to further customize the report (e.g., drag it to a specific position on the page, change date settings, etc.)
             



Refer to the Report Options section for details regarding the display settings, filters and sort options available for this report.

The report date (or date range) is governed by the selected Dashboard date option: Date Selection or Fixed Periods, learn more...

  • Daily reports default to the last day of the selected period
  • Weekly and monthly reports default to 1 month of data
To change the number of weeks or months displayed in a specific report, click the gear icon for any marketing dashboard report element and expand the Date option section, enter the number and click the Save Button.
