Raven Rank Tracker Import

• Log in to your Rank Ranger account
  
• Click the Tools link in the bottom site navigation
  

• Click the Raven Rank Tracker Import link
  

• Enter your Raven API Key
  
• Click the Next button
  

• Select the desired Domain from the pull-down menu
  
• Enter the Campaign Name you want to use for this domain in Rank Ranger
  

• Click the arrow in the top left of the calendar to navigate to a start date
  
• Click on the Start Date
• Click the arrow in the top right of the calendar to navigate to an end date
• Click on the End Date to highlight all the desired dates
  

• Select the Keywords you want to import using the All|None or individual check boxes.
  

• Check the box next to Search Engines you want to import data for.
• Select the Search Engine location using the pull-down menu
• Click the Import button
  

• Click the Import another campaign link and click the Next button below your API key to begin this process again.
  
• Proceed to Campaign Settings when you are done importing data
  

• Click the Rank Ranger logo at the top of the screen.
• Click the Go to My Campaigns link
  

• Locate the Campaign(s) you just imported
  
• Mouseover the corresponding Settings button at the far right and click Campaign Settings
• Follow the Rank Ranger Campaign Setup instructions to edit your basic campaign data and/or Search Engine preferences, add Keywords, Competitors and configure Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, White Label and Advanced Settings.

Repeat Campaign Settings process for each Campaign you imported.
