You can connect your campaign to a Twilio account if you'd like to include their call and SMS tracking analytics data in your Rank Ranger reports for display in white label dashboards and PDF reports.
In order to connect campaigns to specific Twilio data for different businesses you manage, those businesses need to be set up as sub-accounts, please refer to this Twilio Creating a Subaccount documentation
for additional information.
Integrate Twilio with Rank Ranger
- Open Account Settings > Authorized Connections
- Click the Add Connection button to expand the option list.
- Click the Twilio button.
Authenticate your Twilio Connection
Enter your Twilio Account SID
and Authorization Token
and click the Add
To obtain your Account SID and token:
- Log into your Twilio account
- Go to your Settings page and copy them from the Live Credentials section
Name the Twilio Connection
Enter a Connection Name (optional) that will make it easy for users to identify the account it corresponds to and click the Update button.
Open the Campaign Settings
(gear) icon corresponding to the campaign you want to connect to a Twilio account or sub-account.
In the left menu click Connect > Other Integrations
Scroll down to the Twilio
section of the screen, select Twilio Connection Name
and click the Connect
Select the Twilio Account or Sub-Account
After connecting the campaign to a Twilio connection, select the Twilio account
that is associated with the rank tracking campaign, and click the Connect
A success message displays and the Connect button is replaced by a link to the Twilio report(s), and an option to disconnect the campaign from the integrated data.
